General Delivery Information

 

* Delivery fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

* All delivery dates are **requested**, not guaranteed, except where otherwise stated.

* Delivery routes are planned daily for efficiency and freshness of product.

* We reserve the right to adjust delivery times due to weather, traffic, road closures, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Timeframes & Timed Deliveries

 

* **Standard deliveries are generally made between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM** unless otherwise specified.

* We do **not guarantee exact delivery times**.

* If a customer requires delivery within a specific timeframe, a **Rush / Timed Delivery Fee** must be paid.

* **Timed deliveries require a minimum delivery window of 2 hours** (example: 1:00–3:00 PM).

* Requests for narrower delivery windows cannot be accommodated.

 

​Rush / Timed Delivery Fee

 

* A Rush / Timed Delivery Fee applies when a customer requests delivery within a specific 2-hour window.

* This fee covers route disruption, additional staffing, and scheduling adjustments.

* Rush fees are non-refundable once delivery has been attempted.

 

​Priority Deliveries

 

* **Businesses, offices, hospitals, schools, and funeral services are given priority** due to operating hours and access limitations.

* Residential deliveries may be scheduled later in the day to accommodate priority stops.

 

​Funeral & Memorial Deliveries

 

* Funeral, memorial, and visitation arrangements are treated with the highest priority.

* **Funeral deliveries do not incur timed delivery fees**.

* These deliveries are coordinated directly with the funeral home, church, or venue to ensure arrival prior to services.

* Customers do not need to request a delivery window for funeral orders.

 

School & University Deliveries

 

* Deliveries to schools and educational institutions are subject to campus policies.

* **Dormitory deliveries will be attempted one (1) time only**.

* If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, recipient unavailability, or refusal by campus staff:

 

  * The order will be returned to the shop.

  * The order will be converted to **customer pickup**.

  * No re-delivery will be attempted unless an additional delivery fee is paid.

 

Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Information

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

 

  * Correct address

  * Recipient name

  * Phone number

  * Business or dorm access details

* If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information:

 

  * The order may be returned to the shop.

  * Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

* We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate delivery details.

 

Special Event & Holiday Restrictions

 

Due to extremely high order volume, **timed delivery requests are not available during the following periods**:

 

* Valentine’s Week

* Mother’s Day Week

 

During these peak periods:

 

* Deliveries will be completed throughout the day based on routing efficiency.

* Specific delivery times or windows cannot be guaranteed.

* Rush / timed delivery fees are suspended and unavailable.

 

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

 

* Severe weather conditions or emergencies may impact delivery schedules.

* In such cases, deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled for safety reasons.

* We will make every reasonable effort to communicate delays when possible.

 

Acceptance of Delivery Policy

 

By placing an order with our shop, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Delivery Policy.
