How it works
1. Inquire
Take a look over our packages to pick the best fit for you! Hit the inquire button and we'll shoot you over a welcome email and questionnaire to learn more about you and your vision, make sure to send inspiration pics! Next, we'll create a custom floral proposal based off everything you submit to us for you to review!
2. Secure Your Date
Ready to secure Urban Rubbish for your date? Once you have reviewed your files entirely, it's time to get your name on our calendar! Just sign on the dotted line and let the fun begin!
3. Personal Consultation
Now that you have us booked, we can really get to know each other! We will set up an in-person or virtual meeting (your choice!) to talk all things flowers. We will hone in on your vibe and color palette and get down all the special details to make your big day stand out!
4. Relax
Once we have your design finalized, it's time for you to relax and let us take care of the details! We'll begin the process of gathering all of the necessary decor elements for your event, making recipes, and sourcing your blooms. We will touch base with a final questionnaire 3 weeks before your date to finalize details and logistics and then let the designing begin!
5. Your Big Day!
Yay it's finally here! On the day of your wedding, our team will deliver, set up, and inspect all floral elements to ensure everything is looking perfect! Sit back and soak in your perfect day!
6. Pick Up/Breakdown
Our team will come in after your event to recover any rented decor, break down any custom installations, and remove any additional floral elements that may have been leftover. Leave the clean up process to us and enjoy the rest of your night!
